Her management abilities have garnered her many awards over the years and her meticulous attention to detail will ensure that Settlement Engine performs at a peak level for each and every client.
Sean McBride, Esq. -CFO/General Counsel
Sean has over 15 years experience in financial reporting, corporate and fund accounting, internal and external audit, escrow compliance, and corporate law. He is an attorney licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court of the 3rd Circuit. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is also a license title agent. His experience will serve to assist you in every aspect of the settlement process.
Lacey is a licensed title agent bringing years of experience in underwriting and issuing title commitments for over 35 states. She is well versed in residential purchase, refinance, foreclosures and tax sales. In addition to her normal duties as an underwriter and title commitment specialist, Lacey has used her title insurance knowledge to make decisions regarding requirements and exceptions that a preliminary title commitment should include, and has trained co-workers to assist in all of these capacities.
Candace Stevens - Closing Manager
Candace brings an unparalleled work ethic, organizational skills, and positive attitude to the workplace every day. Her mission for the last eight years has been to expedite property title clearance, preparation of loan documents, quality assurance of documentation and funding for both residential and commercial clients.
William Beatty - Marketing Representitive
Bill joins Settlement Engine with extensive and broad experience in the title industry, including agency management and agent support roles with national title insurance underwriters. Bill’s background in real estate lending and regulation are the foundation of his focus and many successes in the industry. He has a demonstrated commitment to client success through the successful implementation of both service standards and compliance measures in agency operations.
Kort Isenberg - Director of Sales
Kort brings over 20 years of progressive sales experience to Settlement Engine. As a former client of Settlement Engine, and with over 7 years lending experience, Kort brings practical insight into the needs of other clients and has been successful in developing lasting business relationships. A former golf professional, Kort not only motivates his team and co-workers, but also existing clients in exceeding their potential.
